Our Elsmore House is a 3,600 sq ft house located in a quiet residential area of Richmond and is a great home away from home for any family or group in need of a place for their temporary stay. Located on the west side of Richmond, you are only a 10 min walk from the Sturgeon Banks, a 21,525 acre estuary and the West Dyke Recreational Trail that runs parallel to the shore, giving you spectacular views of the Strait of Georgia as well as the North Shore and Coastal Mountains. If you prefer shopping to bird watching then you have your choice of centres to spend the day, and your money, at with both Richmond and Lansdowne Centres less than 15 mins drive away. If you are in town for employment relocation, in need of a home while dealing with an insurance claim, or are in search of a vacation rental, Elsmore House is an ideal executive accommodation for all.

Featuring 30-foot ceilings in the entrance and formal living room, this impressive home showcases 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and includes 2 offices, den, laundry room and large back patio. The main level boasts gorgeous hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, granite countertops, and a large dining area. The formal living room off the front hall has ample seating, flat screen TV, and a fireplace. As a bonus, the den features a massage chair that everyone will be fighting to get into during their stay. There is also a large office, laundry room and half bath to complete the main floor. The upper level hosts all of the bedrooms with each one featuring a queen or king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath, with the primary bedroom’s ensuite having double sinks, a large spa bathtub and separate glass shower. The upper office also located on the upper level and has its own ensuite as well as a pull down murphy bed, perfect for those last minute overnight guests.

With Vancouver only a 20 min drive north, the Canadian/USA Border just 25 minutes to the south, and major transportation centers like the Vancouver International Airport and BC Ferries terminal nearby, Richmond is an integral part of the Lower Mainland. Although the allure of Vancouver may draw you to the city now and again, there is plenty to do and see in Richmond itself.
