For over 20 years Premiere Suites has consistently followed strict cleaning and maintenance procedures, while providing the best quality experiences for our guests.

We’ve since raised the bar for guest health and safety in the establishment of new PPE, sanitation and disinfection practices to best ensure that our accommodations and office environments are safe, and that guests are protected.

 Duty of Care
  • Use of Health Canada approved hard-surface disinfectants effective against COVID-19.
  • Personal Protective Equipment worn by all members of our housekeeping teams and quality assurance team members.
  • Consistent and verified cleaning protocols across all Canadian locations.
  • Quality Assurance checks upon completion of all housekeeping services.
*Operational Procedure Update: At the onset of the pandemic, Premiere Suites had implemented a 72-hour vacancy window between the time of  guest departure and new arrivals. The World Health Organization has however reported that; should an establishment implement effective cleaning and disinfecting procedures, as we do at Premiere Suites, that there is no need to leave a suite vacant between guests. In light of those findings, Premiere Suites has eliminated the 72-hour vacancy window beginning September 18, 2020 - where requests for greater vacancy windows will be honored upon request.
