How are your rates determined?

The rate of your stay is determined upon several variables, including the number of bedrooms you require, your preferred in-suite and building amenities and the duration of your stay; where stays longer than 30 days not only enjoy a lower rate, but are additionally exempt of HST


What is the minimum stay requirement?

This is dependent upon the property itself as well as the legislative requirements of the respective region, where many of our properties do require a stay of 30 days or longer.


Do you take advanced reservations?

We do accept advance bookings, dependent upon confirmed availability. We offer our guests the first right to extend their stay should their visit run longer than anticipated. Though this popular feature at times, impacts our ability to identify advance availability, we can normally confirm availability two to three weeks prior to the arrival date.


How do I pick up my keys?

Once your booking is confirmed, your will be provided with key pick-up instructions via email. Please be sure to review your instructions prior to your arrival day and feel free to contact your sales agent at any time with any questions or concerns.


Do you offer parking?

Yes! Parking is available with all our suites. It is however dependent upon the specific property if the cost of parking is included in the rate, or available to you at a nominal cost.


Do you offer housekeeping?

Yes! Housekeeping services are included with your stay, and occur on a bi-weekly (once every two weeks) schedule. Additional housekeeping services are available to you at a charge.


What is included with my stay?

All our suites are professionally designed and fully furnished featuring; a comfy living room, television, and fully equipped 5-piece kitchen, along with fresh linens and bathroom towels. Also included are complimentary Wi-Fi, basic cable, local calls, all utilities, and in some regions, free national calls.


What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept advance payment via: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFT (wire transfer), Cashier’s Cheque, and Corporate Cheque (with Corporate Guarantee)


What are check-in/check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 3:00pm, while check-out time is 10:00am. Early arrivals and/or late departures can be arranged dependent upon availability (additional fees may apply)


Are your units pet friendly?

Premiere Suites extends pet-friendly accommodations wherever possible. We do however encounter a variety of rules and guidelines surrounding pets amongst our portfolio of properties, where your pet’s breed or weight may come into consideration.

Please also note that a one-time pet sanitation fee is applied.


Do you allow children?

Some of our properties do restrict tenants to 18+, however you will find the vast majority of our properties are very welcoming of children of all ages.


Do you allow smoking?

All our suites are non-smoking


How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to a two-week stay, unless a valid credit card is presented and on file


What is the cancellation?

All cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival


How do I qualify for Aeroplan Miles?

Stays for 30 days and longer qualify for 1,000 Aeorplan miles


Can you accommodate large group bookings?

We do accommodate group bookings, though not always at the same property. Please consult your sales agent who will endeavour to meet your group needs.
